  Mike and the dispatcher from Florence Body Frame and Towing came to my rescue after I had a tire blow out on the expressway. They arrived 25 minutes after the call, and were empathetic, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, safety conscious, reasonably priced and went above and beyond in customer service. I recommend this group highly.

  I needed help getting my roof racks off that the Audi dealership couldn’t help me do. I called and spoke to Ally who was amazing. She said when you have time pull up and let me look at them. I’m so excited to say that my roof racks are off now yayyyy!! Very professional and helpful environment!! Thank you!!

  Very kind owner Excellent work and reasonable prices. Our turn around time was long, but we were told this upfront and kept up to date regularly on the progress. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

  Not the best experience with Florence body and frame. When we found out 3 weeks after dropping our car off for repairs that insurance was not going to cover it I immediately contacted them about picking up the vehicle. I was told it would be $1100 for storage fees that were never disclosed up front. They were willing to negotiate but in the end I still had to pay $350 to get the vehicle off their lot. We’ve been customers for 25 years and after our experience today I won’t be returning. While they did some things right (which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars) I do feel like there was plenty wrong here and they knew I had no choice but to hand over my money to get a vehicle back that they hadn’t done any work on and only had written a partial estimate up for it. I’ll give credit where credit is due and say that Allie was pleasant to work with and I appreciated the efforts to help. I asked to have the vehicle towed back to my house considering that I had just handed them cash and was told condescendingly by the owner that “it wasn’t a gift I earned that money”. The tow driver who brought the vehicle back to my home was helpful and kind, but after 25 years of doing business with them I would have thought loyalty would have gotten us somewhere. Because it did not we will not be returning for any future services. I’ll also add the vehicle was given to my son as a gift previously belonging to his deceased great grandfather so it holds sentimental value to our family. While this may be a pile of parts to them it holds value far greater to us. A little compassion goes a long way and today was certainly lacking in that.

  After an accident on Dec 15, they took my auto to their shop in Florence, keeping me informed at all points. the insurance company "totaled the auto" and Florence went out of their way to explain possibilities and their time line if I were to elect keeping the vehicle as a "totaled vehicle". the entire project was handled with professionalism and "down home friendliness". They are my selection if ever needed in the future.
