We rented an XL SUV for Thanksgiving week in early November because we were taking our large dog and kids to visit family and our SUV isn't big enough. I called the day before to confirm that we would have the vehicle we rented, and I was told "Sorry, we only have a Buick Enclave." So now we are left scrambling the day before we leave trying to find a solution the week of Thanksgiving. Absolutely horrible experience, and I will never rent from them again.
