  I want to leave a review specifically to recognize Rashad Brown for his exceptional customer service. Please note for anyone traveling from Ohio — if you live more than 50 miles from Cincinnati, you may not be able to rent without a major credit card. I was unaware of this policy and ended up spending over $40 on Lyft to get to the branch, only to find out I couldn’t rent. I was understandably upset about the situation after being stuck there without transportation. Unfortunately, Jacob did not offer assistance or attempt to provide alternative solutions, and I was left sitting there trying to figure things out on my own. However, Rashad Brown completely changed the experience. He went out of his way to call another branch, confirmed they could accommodate me, and made sure I had a solution. That level of initiative and care truly stood out. Honestly, I wouldn’t give this location any stars if it wasn’t for him. Rashad is a top-tier employee and a true example of what customer service should look like. Thank you for going above and beyond.

  I have to say that enterprise on burlington pike is probably the most helpful rental car agency in burlington. After being scammed by another rental agency I thought my weekend trip to get away and visit family was ruined. I needed to be on the road n By 4:30pm, but after avis denied me service and talking to customer service 3 times because they hung up on me I did not make it to enterprise until about 5:30pm. I walked in and Colin greeted us, I explained the situation and he said no worries we got you. I was out the door with a better rental than I was going to get from the other agency and on the road 15 minutes later. The way I seen it if it was not for them I would not have gotten to go and probably would've lost out on even more money than I did messing with another agency, so from now on there will be nowhere else only enterprise on Burlington pike.
