  My reserved vehicle type was not available when I arrived. Not only was I not offered any other options, but was treated with a lack of care or concern by the employee . I needed a certain type of vehicle for a task that I ended up not being able to complete. My time was wasted and money was lost as well as not being able to pick up my purchases. I have been a 30 year loyal customer and am very disappointed that I can no longer rely upon Enterprise.

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Rodeo Dr., Florence, KY, has been very swift with my requests for rentals. They put me in safe, clean and comfortable vehicles and fitting my budget. The staff there are kind and respectful people. Thanks, I'll gladly return for future rental needs.

  This has been one of the most frustrating rental car experiences I’ve ever had. I was supposed to be met at the body shop when I dropped my vehicle off for repairs. Instead, due to lack of staffing, Enterprise failed to show up and I was forced to get picked up and dropped off at the Rodeo Dr location just to get a rental. That inconvenience alone set the tone for the entire experience. After returning the vehicle, it then took multiple days to receive a receipt, which delayed my ability to submit paperwork to my insurance company for reimbursement. This is basic, fundamental customer service—and it was completely mishandled. To make matters worse, the Enterprise employee Michael placed me in a higher-rate vehicle than what the insurance company (Allstate) authorized, entirely on his own. I did not request an upgraded or more expensive vehicle. As a result, I only received partial reimbursement from my insurance company. For over a week, I have been trying to get this corrected. I’ve been told repeatedly that Michael is the only employee working there, which has resulted in endless holds, zero follow-up, and constant excuses. Enterprise has repeatedly said they’re “working on it,” yet no one ever follows up, and I’m left chasing them down every single time. This issue is still not resolved, and due entirely to Enterprise’s errors and poor management, it has cost me well over $100 out of pocket. This location demonstrates severe staffing issues, poor communication, zero accountability, and unacceptable customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding the Enterprise location in Erlanger, KY unless you’re prepared for delays, billing issues, and a complete lack of follow-through. Enterprise failed at every step of what should have been a straightforward insurance rental.
