I first met new car consultant Evan at the Erlanger Enterprise Car Sales back on 10/18/25 along with the team and from the time I stepped on the lot, I felt welcomed and respected. Evan and Torrance took the time to understand what I was looking for and answered all questions thoroughly and not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. I test drove a couple of SUVs. Evan was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, professional, kind, and patient. Even though I did not make a purchase on this day, I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of customer service provided by Evan and the team that I knew I would be back once I found the right vehicle. On 12/23/25 I drove away in the perfect SUV for my needs, a Mazda CX5. The entire process from the test drive to the paperwork was seamless and stress-free. Both Evan and manager Ryan were very informative, responsive and ensured there were no hidden issues whatsoever. They even followed up over the holiday season to see if I was enjoying my new vehicle.
