We came in with an ignition / distributor from and ancient forklift looking for a prayer and Neil knocked it out of the sanctuary. Not only did he help us figure out we just needed new pins but he found the right ones at a different Autozone, called them to make sure they had them and then proceeded to show my young mechanic how to proceed. He then went and called 3 other stores to make sure we had all the right parts to get this beast running. Thank you so much Neil we are up and running thanks to your wisdom and guidance!!

- CCCourtneyAug 5, 20255.0This may be a long review, but bear with me because it’s worth it! I drive a small box truck and had the lift gate battery die today while I was 3 hours from home. I picked the closest auto parts store which was O’Reillys (first mistake because I ALWAYS shop at Auto Zone), thinking that they would be able to sell me what I needed. Instead of taking the battery out and seeing exactly what it was, they just sold me a battery they “thought” would work. After checking out, they proceeded to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to install the battery, so I also had to buy a tool kit to try to install it myself. As soon as I walked outside, the sky opened up and it started to pour. I was so worried about installing this battery wrong (which I’ve never done for the lift gate), plus doing it in the pouring rain, that I decided to go to Auto Zone and see if they would be able to help me get it installed. GUYS. Damion (store manager) and Junior went out of their way to help me! I pulled my truck up under the building and they got to work. Turns out the battery that O’Reillys sold me was no good AND the wrong battery (shocker). Damion went and got the right battery, they got it hooked up and I was back in business!! Could not thank them enough!! These two guys at the Auto Zone on Dixie Hwy in Erlanger are top tier and I could not recommend them enough!! You guys are awesome!
