  I had a wheel bearing service done. Absolutely excellent service, customer service, communication, timing, and reasonable pricing. Huge plus they're open on Sundays as well. Highly recommend.

  Purchased tires through GoodYear online and had shipped to Ken Towery. They notified me when tires were there and scheduled an appointment with in a couple days. They checked my front end alignment and showed me the printout before performing the service. I also had rear brake pads replaced. The service department was quick and proficient. The front desk informed me of their military discount because I was wearing my Retired Army cap which I wasn’t even aware of. These guys were great and I definitely recommend this business for your auto care!

  The guys at the E-town Ken Towery are awesome. Every time I bring my cars there, I get quality service, fair prices and great customer service. I drive 40 minutes, bypassing several other shops (who routinely fail to provide quality service) to have the guys at Ken Towery in Elizabethtown work on our cars.

  First, the answering service is nice but doesn't really know how to schedule service. It's nice because someone answers immediately, (it took Big O literally 10 minutes to answer my call). They scheduled me at 6:30 pm to repair two flat tires. I received a call right back from the shop to see if I could get my vehicle there any earlier. I would have had to leave my car there overnight because they close at 7:00 pm. Thirty minutes is not enough time to fix what ended up being three nail holes. Second, the fella at the desk was super nice & informative. He showed me the patch and explained how it works. Some ladies might not appreciate that information but I certainly did. All around very professional & we even had a couple laughs. He earned my business & probably needs a raise.

  My elderly parents had to be towed while traveling out of town. They were treated so well during their entire stay in the shop while the car was being worked on. They were able to get back on the road the same day.
