- ANAntanisha NicoleNov 9, 20251.0Most of the time I come here, I am in and out with no problem. This past time I went, I went early in the morning. The employees were very friendly and quick. Well, the manager comes to check my cabin air filter. I know it's probably due for a new one. Im currently in school and don't make a lot. It took me a month of savings to get enough for the oil change alone. The worker proceeds to shout "EWWW" and go on about how nasty it is and says I need a new one right now. Now, it wasn't in the best shape, but he didn't need to handle it that way. I did not have enough to get one this time so I simply say "probably next time". He then tells me I need a new one soon and how disgusting it is. If you're working with customers, you just need to let it go when people say no. A simple "These need to be changed every 3-6 months " (or whatever the time frame is) would have been fine. I will happily take my business anywhere else but valvoline.
