I went through this car wash 3 months ago and the young man asked if I was a first responder, he told me I can pay 15.00 and have unlimited washes I stated it never expires no he replied then I see on my bank statement they pulled out 15.00 every month!! I DID NOT AGREE to this and it was never mentioned. So for three months it was drawn from my bank. Talk about being sneaky. This is not acceptable. I have tried numerous times to call customer service and it rings for ever( to be exact, I was on hold an hour before I got pissed and hung up) I went straight to my bank and filed fraud charges. BBB is next! You better train your people to be honest and forthcoming.
