- JCJ CurlyboyDec 22, 20251.0I had the DISPLEASURE of coming to this establishment at 1001 N. Mulberry Street in Etown KY. The red headed woman that was guiding my car into the wash was absolutely disrespectful. I pulled myself into the wash thinking that's what I was supposed to do, because I've never visited this carwash before. She made a big deal and stopped the whole carwash to scream, not explain, but scream at me about how I need to listen to her commands. I pulled in to simply give her the receipt for the carwash subscription that I had just purchased moments before. After the carwash I went into the office because I wasn't sure if giving my receipt to the red head was the full process. I walked inside and the young man asked how he could help me, the red head walked inside at the same time and had very odd behavior, very fidgety and couldn't seem to find the the receipt I literally gave her 5 minutes ago, she just seemed very lost or something else... After a few moments she was able to locate my receipt and the gentleman was able to finish the process quickly, needless to say I'll just be going to the Dixie location In etown for now on.

First it was no soap and then it was the soap wooden wash off and it just kept getting worse than the spinning things didn’t spin or spin on your car they didn’t work. It was one thing after another and I complained one day and the guy took my subscription and told me that I was canceled not to come back because I complained. The people that work there some are nice and some are just j…….. Plus, I have never seen that guy before in my life He must’ve been in a bad mood that day because he was not very nice at all
