    I have a subscription here but considering changing it to a different wash. When it was Jim's Express all the brushes and rollers worked but since being taken over by Take 5 alot of the equipment doesn't work. I like that my subscription can be used at multiple locations in the area but fix all the sprayers, brushes, rollers, etc!

    The wash was great , the staff is always great, but the vacuums never work at this location and it’s extremely frustrating. In my process, I wipe everything first then I go to the vacuums but they rarely work at this location

    Good car wash for my daily driver. Love the free vacuums and detailing materials after the wash. Staffwas very freindly and explained the membership program too me

    Literally the worst car wash I've ever been too. No prep before wash,Truck not clean, soap over half of it. Every vacuum not put back so no suction. Wait for it to rain you will get a cleaner car.

    Staff has to keep coming out of office to punch in wash codes. Automated screen keeps freezing up. Had to go to other Etown North Dixie location where system is way better no freezing up and was able to update payment on the touch screen. Horrible customer service at Etown North Mulberry location.
