  Found a set of tires online from their website that said they were in stock. Scheduled an appointment for the same day that it gave me availability to have them installed. It drove to their location to find out. They don't have those tires in stock. They would have to order them. But they could give me another set that they had in stock. Unfortunately, the set they have there cost more, then what I would have to pay to begin with.And another location I might have had to drive a little further but could have gotten the set of tires that I wanted.That was more in my range from a competitor. The service itself was great at the location, but the fact that their website lets you select tires and schedule for the same day to be installed. And they don't even have them on location is pretty ridiculous.

  I had my tires rotated and balanced which was fine but then I get a call this morning from their insurance company stating that their tech forgot to put truck in park and it rolled into another vehicle. Ken towery employees never told my wife that this happened to my truck. When the insurance àdjuster contacted me they said that the employee did notify my wife but there was no damage to my truck. Again I must state they did not tell my wife this occurred. When I walked out this morning to check my rear bumper as per instructions from insurance àdjuster there is slight damage to my paint. The management should have done the right thing and notified her. I'm really disappointed in ken towerys management in Elizabethtown Kentucky. I thought they were more honest than that.

  $170 oil change on a domestic gas-powered vehicle(GMC Yukon). There was an advertisement on the counter about a $20 coupon which the service writer never mentioned. I noticed it once I had already paid. They were timely on getting it done, though. My review is more-so based on the cost of the service and lack of transparency, not an issue with the service.

  Staff was nice and welcoming . Made an appt that week and they got me in and out in a timely manner . I feel pricing was fair . I never felt taken advantage of and my car always came out repaired . So I keep returning .

  If I could give minus zero stars .that's what I would give! I'm so glad you have sent this about my experience I had appointment that morning..I get there ..first to start the young man who waited on me was just about THE rudest . unprofessional person in customer service I believe I have met in a long time!! So .I told him I wanted an alignment and set of tires..ok .it'll be about 45 minutes to hour..I'll call you..well I had to wait..so I walked across to the peddlers mall.. after a hour and half I call and said.can you tell me how much longer it'll be on my car? Oh yeah we can't align it other stuff needs to be repaired before it can be aligned..ok so do you at least have my tires on? Umm no..I'll have to order those tires!! After a hour and half walking around and around to only find out they did NOTHING to my car!! I walk back over to get it..it hands me a $3700 bill that it would cost to do repairs and tires My car is 22 years old!! I'm pretty sure that's more than the value of the car! But .I'm sure you'll MAYBE read this and just roll your eyes and discard it..but you SERIOUSLY need to do something about that person who greets and communicates with your customers!! I am sooooo disappointed in everything about my experience at your store. I just spent $2100 on the car six weeks ago..that mechanic never mentioned the items they are saying were bad and the reason for no alignment. So..if you don't do something about that guy..I'm sure you'll have more bad experience reviews. Thank you for at least letting me vent about what happened..he should have called me long before I spent hour and half waiting for what I thought getting my car repaired.
