They ran in to an issue with the tire they were going to be putting on my car. They right away communicated with us and solved the problem. The tire replacement took slightly longer than anticipated but they were able to get us back on the road safely. This place definitely cares about their customers and making sure they do the right thing. Definitely a place that deserves 5 stars

He stated make an appointment to ensure I had a spot. Worked out great with no wait upon arrival. I already knew I needed a new valve stem because I had found the leak the day prior but Daniel assured me he would check all of them and he did. The stem replacement took less than 30 minutes and was very reasonable. Daniel even refused a tip stating he’s just doing his job. Great service and experience.

I was told they couldn’t do the alignment because I have stuff in the truck, which is fine so I decided just to get the tires rotated the balanced. I was quoted an hour to an hour and a half if I got the alignment ans the rotation, so I just did the rotation and it took two hours. There was several employees standing around watching phones and laughing and joking while vehicles just sat in the bay. I’m All for fun in the workplace but 2 hours to rotate and balance where other places took less than half that time.
