This guy named Joel, not just gave me a couple of courtesy calls to update my rental car status, he did superb job when I rented and returned it!!!! He was very kind, explained everything in detail, and provided me with all the extra insurance/coverage I needed, just in case in this snowing weather!!! Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service, thank you!!!!
