I am truly so thankful for this gentleman for going above and beyond what he has to do for his job. I came into the store this morning to find a replacement bulb for my headlight that had gone out. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from the employees. I would describe myself as a stereotypical girl who can't name a single part on my vehicle. Despite this, the employee who was at the register offered to help me by going outside and taking on the challenge of pulling my bulb out and replacing it. Might I add the weather was cold, windy, and raining when he offered to do this. I own a Jeep Cherokee, so getting to the bulb is not an easy task. On top of everything, my mother wanted to tip this gentleman for all he had done for us, but he refused to take it. You don't commonly meet such honorable people in a world like today. AutoZone, you have a wonderful employee who deserves to be recognized for the exceptional customer service he provides. I am kicking myself over not asking for his name after all of his help, but it was around 9am this morning that he helped me. He also has a long white beard!
