Service was very prompt.. however… this morning I took my truck to my place of service in Elizabethtown Ky due to having road hazard warranty on bad tire. The ONLY lug nut that was secure when they went to change tire, was the locking lug nut. All others were not properly torqued to specifications. I am very fortunate that wheel did not come off on the highway coming home yesterday and one, wrecked myself, two, wheel caused someone else to wreck. Very disappointing, this company is supposed to be better than this. At least when I worked for them in Louisville Ky, we took pride in what we do and took care of our customers.
