- TBTk BoydApr 13, 20263.0Your staff in the building were great- both the service writer and the tech were knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. I enjoyed dealing with them. Both guys were the ones who took care of me when I put four tires on the car about 5 months ago. (Danville, KY location, the two guys who apparently always work the weekends..) However, $760 for front brake pads and rotors is insane. Had I not been in a situation that left me with limited time and options, I’d have ordered the parts from rockauto.com for $155, paid the $35 rush shipping fee, and done it myself. Also, your call center, wherever it’s located, is trash. Put a counter person in your stores and ditch it. I tried to work with them, and eventually asked them to connect me to the store directly because it was so frustrating.

There’s never any surprises. I have used them since my Daddy took me there at 16 and told Les to always take care of his little girl. Well that was 53 years ago and I’m still there.
