    My wife took my car to get the oil changed after work and had to wait about 40 minutes to get into the bay after two cars who arrived after her went through and were done before her and to say sorry they gave her a $10 coupon she couldn’t use today. Never heard of first come first serve????? Like the professionalism of the work is good i’ll give them that they got her done quick. Seriously though how long should i realistically have to wait for someone to change my oil.

    They were packed and had a nice line of cars in both lanes. Instead of waiting car by car, they had techs go out and scan cars in and do washer fluid fills to speed the process as much as they could. Even through the rush, they made me feel like my car was the only one there. Will be back for sure.
