  Will was very friendly and helpful with my car rental. He checked the car with me before handing it off to make sure it was up to my standards and showed me where a pre-existing scratch was. He also comped me a tank of gas since I had to wait about 10 minutes for the car to be cleaned. I would definitely use them again!

  Awful, lousy customer service. I was in an accident and the insurance company set me up with this location to get a car rental. The accident happened on Sunday, so I understand they weren’t opened but had a reservation. I had to take off work on Monday. They opened at 8am. I called and was told they wouldn’t have a car ready til the afternoon. I explained I really needed a car because I needed to go to the salvage yard to to get stuff out of my car. My wife was at her job. Called multiple times afternoon and still got no car. Finally got fed up and called a different location and got a car from them. I had to take a Lyft there. I shouldn’t have had to do that. I was disgusted by the terrible customer service and a wasted day of taking off work trying to take care of a difficult situation. I will NOT be using this location in the future and don’t recommend anyone else does either. And I don’t write bad reviews either but needed to write this one so others don’t have to experience what I had to endure.
