  Terrible Rental Car Experience – Stranded and Ignored I had one of the worst rental experiences at this Enterprise location. I spoke with a staff member earlier in the day and let them know my office closes at 6 PM, just like theirs. I told him I would try to arrive around 5:45 PM. He assured me he would be there and have everything ready for me. I arrived at 5:48 PM, and no one from Enterprise was there. It’s a shared office space, so another business was still open, and they kindly let me wait inside. I called the Enterprise office again, and they told me they would send the area manager to assist me. That was over an hour and 45 minutes ago. I called back again, and now I’m being told the only thing they can do is put in a ticket for someone to reach out to me. That’s exactly what I’ve been waiting on — a callback that still hasn’t happened. At this point, I’m stranded without a vehicle, sitting on the front steps, waiting on a call that may never come. I was promised a rental car today and instead got left with nothing and zero accountability from this location. Completely unacceptable.

  We had a reservation here through our insurance company. We were never told this location is a "satellite" location and isn't staffed unless you have an appointment. My husband tried to call and verify we had a car. They refused to talk to him or tell him they were a satellite operation. Instead they just kept insisting he call another location. We drove to this location to talk to them. The receptionist for the body shop was very apologetic and told me they are not there unless you have an appointment. This location needs to be removed from Google maps as they are NOT OPEN to the public. I have advised my insurance company to not use this location. They were not aware this was a satellite location and will be removing it from their recommendation.
