  Apparently it's not open 24 hours like it says on the website because I pulled up to get gas at 12:30am and when I got out n went to go in they turned the lights off on me. I will make sure I never have to stop there again. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else.

  The station AND store is always clean and the cleaning tools are beyond helpful when in need. My predominate reason I wanted to write this review, are the amazing, kindness & outstanding customer service! I live down the road and “The Sanctuary” subdivision. My husband had a car to stop on him. Apparently the alternator had gone completely out and he was able to get it to roll into a spot on the side of the Sunoco. I went in and I spoke with Carter and Sully, who saw the anxiety written on my face and were so friendly and so accommodating as they see me in most daily as a regular customer. They took away all my worries as I explained I would get it out of there ASAP. It might take me too maybe three days because I was waiting on my son-in-law to be available so I didn’t have to pay ungodly amounts of money for towing back-and-forth. Long story short Carlisa who always is a pleasure! Paired with these two guys. (Carter & Sully) or so accommodating, as per usual. I left them my phone number in case they did come into some sort of issue. But it was never used because they were so considerate about what I was going through as a person and not just being rude because I’m vulnerable, which is sadly, what a lot of people do these days. I’m a business owner, and I would happily hire any of these three people. Before this even happened, Carlisa had stuck out to me, because of her very friendly nature and always smiling even if there’s an issue to be handled. That is true professionalism. It’s easy to be fine when everything‘s going great, we find out who people truly are when you yourself are the horrible one. I’m rambling now pointing the store always looks great, I feel safe and tied and outside, I can always get my car cleaned here and to top it all off I can go inside and have a couple laughs with the very congenial staff, and as everyone knows, the anxiety that you can get from the car breaking down, they took all my feelings of worry about my car, possibly being towed and put those in the back bar so that I could focus on getting the vehicle fixed up and running. I appreciate these guys and I believe that they deserve to be noticed. I believe they all three deserve accolades for this. Are always so quick to call Number to complain, but sadly, a lot of times the only feedback you get is when someone’s already ticked off about something that nobody can control, and they take it out on the clerks, which isn’t right. They can only do what they can do, and I’ve watched them from being in here so much,! So thank you to snow girl for hiring this group, and thank you specifically to Carlissa, Carter and Sully for making what great anxiety I had diminish with your positive attitude and smiling support. Thanks again, you’re in that situation you realize that just the people working at these places are NOT typical. Thanks again to these Fine
