- EMErin MooreNov 10, 20251.0I wish I could give negative stars. The employee with long brown hair was very rude to me. I’m a single mom alone with two children trying to get a headlight bulb. He told me he didn’t know what kind of bulb I’d need without specific model of my car. I told him I wasn’t sure except the make, model, and year. He laughed at me when I said it said 4wd on the back. It was disrespectful. He also walked about from the counter and yelled at my children and told them not to touch the toys that are behind the register. My children weren’t doing anything wrong or harming to items in anyway. I’m a teacher and single mother and my children are very well behaved. They instantly apologized and began crying. I wasn’t offered any further assistance even being the first day with snow this winter season.

He not only helped me find the correct fuses for my car but also replaced them right there, installed new windshield wipers, and even suggested the best cleaning products to keep my car looking great.
