I needed an oil change and I needed it ASAP, nowhere else could get me in so I found this place and at the time the reviews didn’t seem that bad as far as the services they provide goes. They were able to get me in that day and the price didn’t seem too terrible so I did it. As far as first impressions go they definitely could have been a bit more welcoming but honestly I get it, I don’t know anything about cars and I’m sure that can be an annoyance to deal with sometimes, so I didn’t even think twice about it. It only took about an hour which was great cause I had to work so I pay, get my keys, and go get my car, I IMMEDIATELY notice they didn’t reset my light and stuff like other places had in the past which was annoying but oh well once again I didn’t say anything about it I just got my boyfriend to do it for me. I figured maybe it wasn’t apart of their oil change package or whatever. Fast forward a little over a month and turns out they DEFINITELY did NOT change my oil and if that is what they call changing oil then DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR AN OIL CHANGE. If I hadn’t caught it and taken it somewhere else when I did their mistake would have costed me A LOT OF MONEY. The oil filter looked so old like it hadn’t ever been changed, the oil in my car was OLD. VERY VERY OLD. I’m talking black and thick and WAY older than a month. I still tried my best to blame the car or myself I thought maybe there was something wrong with my car causing it to do that to the oil? NOPE. There is nothing wrong with my car (other than it almost blowing up from needing an oil change that I thought I had received and had paid like $80 for a month prior.) ever sense I ACTUALLY got my oil changed my car has been fine, sounds fine, drives amazing, no lights regarding oil have come back on. And even the people that changed my oil confirmed that it appeared my car had gone a long long time without an oil change. In other words I would LOVE to know what in the world I got charged for because as far as I can tell all they did was stare at my car for an hour.
