Had a problem because they demanded a credit card and would not take a debit card. So had to spend more money to get a hotel and wait for the money to post to a major credit card. Two, was a little disappointed that getting a car, driving 800 miles home and getting home late and they call at 8:00 in the morning saying the car wasn't back by 8:00 and the nearest enterprise is 2 hours from home. Did get it back before 5 that day. Very friendly customer service both from Corbin Ky and Bay City Mi. I would go to them again but would like them to change policies to accommodate a person in need after their car breaks down. Like take a debit card instead of demanding a major credit card.
