Unfortunately the issues here are corporate. The cars are cleaned decent and serviced when required and the staff are well trained and helpful.

WOW!!!! The car we rented was SUPER CLEAN!!!! Corbin enterprise is the BEST!!!! I CAN NOT HYPE them up enough!!!! I've dealt with enterprise in other locations in the past and they are good but Corbin out ranks them all. In our personal experience I am very thankful for Corbin enterprise for their work ethics, friendliness, professionalism and compassion!!! They really helped us so much and treated us very well!

You can tell she has a I don't give a crap attitude when you talk to her. She resfuses to communicate . She cancels reservations for no reason claiming she didnt have enough cars available, she will call hours before your reservation is due back asking where it is . This location needs a major overall in the attitude department.
