Your written instructions were confusing when it came to notifying the state about the interlock device having been installed. It stated that we needed to supply the state dmv with a document from the installer. It took a couple phone calls to the state dmv and you to figure out you were responsible for informing the state of the interlock installation and that you were in fact doing that.
