Sam was very patient & professional in handling the customers while Jack hustled through the grind. Thanks guys! I will definitely keep coming back!

- JGJohn GrovesApr 6, 20261.0Horrible service. Had a fuel injection service done. Car ran worse and engine light was flashing. They said it might run rough for bout a day and the engine light should go off. A week later light still flashing car runs rough. Had another mechanic look at it for $100 he pointed out things that was not hooked up correctly after service and fixed it reset engine light. All good. I got a survey and gave a very bad survey. Was contacted by customer care 3 way call with location manager. He said next Monday he would come to the house and look at the car. I waited all day Monday no call no show. Monday a week later I called again and he said he forgot to come. They could mail me a check even though I paid cash on the spot. 😂 Don't go to Valvoline oil change.
