  I was the first person scheduled, rotate and balance took over 3 hours. Tires are nearly brand new, road noise increased and more vibration in steering wheel. Watching the tech's from the counter, it was clear they are incompetent.

  I have had too many issues with my car lately with just straight bad luck. Every time I come in, with my tail tucked between my legs, Ethan and Kevin are quick to help. They always go above and beyond to help me and deliver quality customer service. In a panic, I had to come in due to my tire blowing out. Luckily Kevin sold me Roadside and Ethan got the tire on in what seemed like 15 minutes! My husband has come in a few times as well and Ethan said he really values Jack not just as a customer but as a person. Kevin definitely runs the shop with professionalism, customer respect, and organization. He is always on top of things! Thank you both for just being the best mechanics in town!

  Charged $150 for alignment, which either there alignment machine is off or the "mechanic " fudged the numbers. Drove horrible. Plus had Grease all over steering wheel.. Went to pace tire, only charged $70. And alignment printout proves goodyear Ailingment specs where way off. Stopped in for refund. Manager said the district manager would call me. Disappointed in how the goodyear name dosnt stand for quality anymore. Update: did get a full refund and apologize.
