    Every time I’ve been to Valvoline, for the last five years, it’s timely, the people are very thorough and friendly. It’s actually an enjoyable experience and basically the same every time. Expectations are always met or exceeded. Thanks.

    The staff at the location I went to were exceptionally friendly and kept me informed during the entire process they were working on my truck. I mentioned the type of work I do and why I was travelling and the manager was kind enough to give me $25 off my services for that day, give me an additional $25 off card to take with me and let me know that they could service the fleet for my company as well!

    Rude employee / not helpful. Went in for simple oil change. I was overcharged 30$ for an air filter that I told them twice I didn’t need or want. That’s fine everyone makes mistakes. The problem was when I went in the next day to dispute it, they told me I was wrong. Even with a physical copy of my receipt. They tried telling me EVERYONE gets a filter. I told them that’s incorrect I’ve been to multiple establishments. Then the owner shows up and questions me about it as if I was lying. Then instead of offering me a refund he tells me to bring my car in there to put the filter in. AFTER I explained that I DIDNT NEED it and was overcharged and simply wanted a refund. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve hustled others this way. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but I would feel bad if they did this to someone that can’t speak up for themselves
