- JEJorge EstradaNov 6, 20251.0Rude employee / not helpful. Went in for simple oil change. I was overcharged 30$ for an air filter that I told them twice I didn’t need or want. That’s fine everyone makes mistakes. The problem was when I went in the next day to dispute it, they told me I was wrong. Even with a physical copy of my receipt. They tried telling me EVERYONE gets a filter. I told them that’s incorrect I’ve been to multiple establishments. Then the owner shows up and questions me about it as if I was lying. Then instead of offering me a refund he tells me to bring my car in there to put the filter in. AFTER I explained that I DIDNT NEED it and was overcharged and simply wanted a refund. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve hustled others this way. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but I would feel bad if they did this to someone that can’t speak up for themselves

They fixed it but didn’t offer no compensation, didn’t offer no % off for next oil. I’ll never return !
