  Walked in around 11am saturday nov 29th and was greeted with an attitude of someone who didnt want to be bothered with a customer. Very short with answers and had no cars for 1-way only return-to-same enterprise (no problem) so I worked some stuff out and was able to do that. I went back in and said I'd be able to bring it back to same location but wanted to know what would happen if I got caught up or had an emergency and was forced to drop it at another location? He smirked and was happy now all of a sudden and said well now im not renting you a car period. So it doesnt matter but you'd loose your deposit but I know your gonna do that now.... never said I was going to do it I simply wanted to know the full ins and outs of my rental. Horrid experience at this location with snobby employees. Will be using another rental company from now on.

  I rent cars everywhere in this country and Canada. No other rental joint beats the service of this one place. Highly recommended.

  I had an accident in my personal vehicle and was given a rental car from the Campbellsville location. I picked the car up and returned it. They are trying to blame me for hail damage on the vehicle that was already on there. It had not rained ONE drop in weeks, including the week I had the car. They are now wanting $6,500 dollars from me. Guess they don’t think I can request info from the National Weather Service to prove the damage didn’t happen while I had their vehicle. They leave their cars out in a parking lot and then expect their customers to pay for the damages!!!! BEWARE!!!
