  I went there for my last oil change and this I did myself. They over tightened my drain plug so much I could not loosen with air wrench. They refused to fix the situation they created. Don't go there tightening that bolt will cause problem...

  We only come to this valvoline! Easy service, don't have to get my kids out of the car! Friendly staff, javaughn and Austin were super friendly. They also seemed to be training another nice team member in a manner that felt professional. I did not wait in a line for service but it was around 8am on a weekday!

  Ed, the manager was so sweet, funny, and extremely helpful with everything. He gave me free scents for my car with a coupon attached and the whole crew was so amazing and wholesome. Loved the experience.

  Waited over an hour to then be told they do have what they need for my oil change. I asked why they did not come to all the cars waiting and let them know this before letting them wait and she (the manager) said 'bc it is cold out' I told them i did not want to pay extra for a diff type of oil and she said 'close her hood' i asked if there was a manager and she said 'that would be me' i asked if there was anything she could do since i waited to basically be told they cant help me & she said 'i could offer you $20 off to make it the price it wouldve been" i said 'thats what i need" and she said 'Next time' walked away, and told them to lead me out. Failed to tell us before having us wait, then didnt make herself known as a manager until i asked for one, then offered me something for 'next time' and walked away.

  This was the moment I’ve kind of been waiting on! It truly beats me how you honestly get rid of one of the best employees you have! Ppl are going too feel that presence missed, and A lot of you guys need to wash your nasty smelly feet before you walk into somebody’s house worried about all the wrong stuff! I could say a lot more but on behalf of my family, I’m going to say this right here “he was late because two teenagers thought they were going to die in a tornado last night” when your child ask you “ is this what it feels like to know your gonna die” then you tell me if you can sleep at night! Best wishes too all 😘🤷🏾‍♀️😊
