I waited about an hour before being directed to pull into the bay. After pulling in, I was then told they did not have the oil filter for my car and had run out. At that point, they asked me to leave without any service being done. This was a complete waste of time and very poor communication. If they had checked availability upfront, I could have avoided waiting an hour for nothing. I expected much better organization and respect for customers’ time.

How amazing the communication is, not just with just the customers, but amongst the employees. Our fleet account is why I am using you all today. This is my first oil change on my company vehicle. The service here at the Campbell lane store in Bowling Green, KY. Is 5 star and beyond. Your team here is doing everything that is required of them, I am sure. Even while I was waiting in line, I had to get out to use the restroom, the technician announced they had a guest on the floor, and he got his call back from everyone in the shop. I sat and listened to every tech tell your customers thank you and to have a great day. To me it's extremely impressive, that EVERYONE communicates. There isn't any side conversations taking place in the shop (which to me, would make the job somewhat boring), but it gives off an extremely impressive environment.. I have an old accord I usually service my self. But everything here is so outstanding it makes me want to bring it by, just by the fact everything seems seamless and perfect. It's just a little cheaper for me to do it at home. Lol. I really express how perfect the experience and service I have received today.
