  Their machine snapped the FM antenna mast off the base on my first and only visit. When I reported it, they deflected responsibility instead of addressing the damage. This place has no integrity. Avoid this wash.

  I have a monthly membership at another carwash in the area, but I wanted to try Tommy's because it was new. I'm currently on the 30 day trial. This morning at approximately 7:05 I ran through the carwash with less than desirable results (the car was just dusty to start). There was some sort of substance left on both side mirrors and doors. Something went wrong in the process and did not rinse properly. I could not even see out of my side mirrors; which is a big safety hazard. I had to pull over and clean the mirrors with a water bottle. The rain washed some of the residue off the doors later in the day. What happened?

  Best car wash in town! Service is always really good to. I love that it has the belt, its the only kind that my jeep tires will fit on. Lol.
