We took my friends Jeep Grand Cherokee to our local Jeep dealership in New Smyrna Beach FL where they diagnosed the a/c problem as a leaking condenser and wanted $2,400 to fix it. We didn’t fully believe that was the problem based on the symptoms. 2 weeks later we took the Jeep to Mark Muffler. Within 2 hours of dropping it off I got a call from them saying it was fixed! The issue was the schrader valve (the port where refrigerant is added) which was leaking. The condenser was fine. The cost of the repair was approximately $300 total, saving my friend $2,000 +. One month later the a/c is still working fine!

I could tell they had a lot of vehicles in the front to be worked on but they took my car right away (even as a walk-in, no appointment), gave me a fair price quote, and I was driving away from their business in less than an hour with a solid exhaust system again. I would have no problem recommending them (and already have) to people I know.
