    I went to there twice for oil change. Carmart pays them to do my oil changes for me yes. But they don’t seem to know what they are doing because I called and went to them because of suspicious oil leak that was going on right after they did my oil change and they told me I was lied too and they tried to tell me why which was invalid. Because I still had to pay to get an oil leak fixed. For my next oil changes it will not be there I go to! They lost my business and people will know how I feel about them from now on.

    Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Got oil changed by them and when I went back the 2nd time they showed me the oil cap wasand said it had to be done by the last ones that done my oil change... WHICH WAS THEM. so I told them they were going to replace it not me paying for it. The MANAGER thought he was going to be smart so I told him id call Corp. He then decides to call his regional manager and he wanted to speak with me and told me theyd replace it for free as long as I wouldnt put a bad review on them. Haha. Good try. Sure I wont. Got my last free change today and i feel like they done something to my car! Everytime ive been there theres been different employees. Except the manager and one BOY that smells like old onions because apparently he doesnt believe in deodorant! Its so bad. Again. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

    Oil change was fast and easy. I just needed a tire patched as well that had a small leak and they told me they didn’t do that here. Hope this saves someone a trip.

    Horrible customer service. Came in for a warranty swap on an interstate battery. Expected me to purchase a $200 battery or stay stranded at a gas station til Monday. Go to Midas. They did it no problem.
