  Great service. Ford Bronco Sport ran great from Bowling Green Kentucky to St Francisville Louisiana. Car was nice and clean

  I’ve been needing to rent with Enterprise for the past three months and my experience has truly been nothing short of exceptional. There is a particular representative named Riley who has consistently made my mornings better every time I come in. She has a warm, welcoming energy and genuine kindness that could make anyone’s day better. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure my experience is smooth and positive. She creates an environment where you feel like family and not just another person off the street. Enterprise overall has been a great choice for convenience and affordable rentals. They’ve provided the flexibility to reserve or modify throughout the week without breaking the bank. I gave four stars only due to an issue with the customer care center incorrectly charging my card, which resulted in my deposit being kept. Outside of that situation, my in person experiences have been excellent.

  Communication was absolute garbage. After speaking to my insurance company, they stated they would let Enterprise know i needed a rental. Enterprise called immediately and I told them I still needed to figure out drop off time for the body shop of my car. Called them when I had that all worked out and they said they didn't have any information from my insurance company. Yes, yes you do. You called me first after my insurance company contacted you. I asked to be picked up from my job to get the rental and had that set up. The day I was getting the car, I asked them if I could come a bit earlier and then would not need a ride. They said no, I had to come at our specified time. I agreed and told them TWICE that I no longer needed to be picked up, I had that covered. Had a coworker take me there after work and they stated the person was at my job waiting for me and the car they were renting me was being driven by him so we would have to wait until he came back. She then asked me how I wanted to pay the $50 deductible. What $50 deductible? It's only $50 but it sure would have been nice to know about that before hand. They sent me a text message stating if I needed anything I could text that number. I got the word my car was done so I texted, on the number they gave me if I needed something, to see if the car could be picked up by them at my job and got no response. I then called them and she said no, they don't do that. I told her I wasn't sure how they were going to get their car back and she then stated she would ask and get back to me. Never heard from her. I will never do business with Enterprise if I have a choice. I did not have a choice in this one because that is who my insurance company made me go through.
