  Enterprise allowed me to drop off the car in another city with no additional cost, plus gave me a ride back to another location too!

  I love Enterprise car rental on Scottsville Rd and 31w bypass in Bowlinggreen Ky. I have used both locations and their always so kind and caring and wants to make sure your fully satisfied and if you need a ride to pick up rental or your own car they make sure it happens! I definitely recommend Enterprise in Bowlinggreen Ky for all your car rental needs!

  I did not have the best experience with this Enterprise. It was my first time ever having a rental. First off, I dropped my vehicle off to get fixed and when I got driven to the office they made me think I could not leave at all without having their full coverage and it wasn’t until I tried and failed to get ahold of the insurance company that was paying for my rental and crying in their lobby that they told me that it was OPTIONAL to have their insurance. Secondly, I told them that my vehicle was done early at the body shop that I wouldn’t have anyone to drive the rental back so they told me it was okay to leave the rental at the body shop and someone will come pick it up. I do exactly that and told them the day I was picking it up and then they started calling everyone I know a week later saying I never dropped the vehicle off and something about me having to pay out of pocket. I had to call and tell them I did exactly as I was told from someone at Enterprise and they said okay we’ll have it noted on your profile. Not too long after, I got a call from the body shop saying that they got called from Enterprise asking what day I dropped it off and tried lying to them saying I dropped it off on another day than what I told them. Highly wouldn’t recommend this one. They made having a rental for the first time more stressful than it should have been.
