We were stranded in Kentucky after driving from Indiana, tired, worried, and unsure what to do next. Amy and Alfonso didn’t just help us with a car problem… they truly took care of us as people. Amy showed genuine compassion and leadership, making sure we were okay every step of the way. Alfonso went above and beyond with incredible patience, resources and kindness to get us safely back on the road. They treated us like family, not just customers passing through. In a stressful situation, they turned panic into relief and fear into gratitude. Their kindness, professionalism, and heart will never be forgotten. AutoZone is lucky to have people like them, and because of them, my family made it home safely. Thank you, Amy and Alfonso you were truly our heroes that day. 🙏
