On 10/1/2025 I had oil change done on my dodge challenger the oil change was fine,done right but underneath my car has a plastic cover that goes over oil pan and etc the cover peice was put on upside down leaving the front of the cover to hang down and drag i didn't notice it until the next day seen it hanging down and took it to the garage by my house because I was afraid to drive very far and they let me know the cover peice was put on upside down, caUsing it to not let the peices line up correct and causing it to hang down in the front and drag. Last year after a couple of days after having an oil change done here I had to take my car to this very same garage because the cover was hanging down then with a bolt missing and im 90 percent sure it was because the bolt wasn't tightened good enough then or just left out but either way I just put it up as bad luck then but after this I know for a fact it was because who ever took that cover off at valvoline didnt tighten the bolt good enough or just left it out then. I should've known better after the first time but this is ridiculous I'm just lucky I didnt tear this cover peice off then or this time!!!
