  Worst place and company to rent a car never mentioned anything about triple charging us for days we didn’t even have the vehicle just because they weren’t in office on the 4th car was returned Thursday night and charged us for the whole weekend then have the nerve to hang up on us after putting us on hold then we called back and they ignore us and forwarded our call to the richmond location. Horrible and disgusting human beings.

  Made a reservation for an important trip weeks in advance. They waited until the day of pick up to tell me they had no cars available anywhere within reasonable distance even though I had called the day before to ensure my reservation was accounted for. Obviously would NEVER go back.

  Rented a vehicle for a long distance trip... I told them I would be putting 2,000 plus miles on the auto (which was unlimited mileage) However the vehicle was due service in 900 miles... when I called they told me to take it to the closest Valvoline and they would just bill Enterprise for the oil change... However upon taking the vehicle in we found out that since we were not renting from a local office in Kansas, Valvoline would not service the auto without charging my personal credit card. I called the Berea office 3 times, no answer, was on hold so long that the line hung up on me, then after calling 800 roadside service and customer support numbers, they told me to just keep calling my local branch... called the Berea branch 6 more times with no answer.. Finally called the Richmond branch, who told me to call the Kansas branch, who then told me that it had to be done with a different franchise in that state. After adding 4 hours on to my travel time (because the Kansas franchise only does oil change by appointment only) causing me to have to pay for another hotel room and tank of gas... I finally got a vehicle serviced that should have been serviced before I left!!! It was barely even cleaned out because we found the previous renters property under the seat... I WILL NEVER rent here again, nor tell anyone else to. Customer service was no help and we are out more time and money doing a job that the Enterprise employees should have done prior to renting.
