We then asked him to return the battery, put the old one back on, and kindly get the car started. He did. We then went to see Landon at Auto Zone in Benton and he and the person working with him tonight took excellent care of us by selling us a better battery at a cheaper cost and then, just so he can give us a for sure answer regarding our alternator, suggested we drive around for about 20 minutes and then come back (note- 8:36 pm and they close at 9) so that when we come back he can accurately check the alternator. Now this situation is a great example of bad customer service (the guy at O’Reillys was rude about all of it) and exceptional customer service- AUTO ZONE IS THE BEST AS ALWAYS!!! Way to go Landon and your co-worker tonight. Keep up the great work. We won’t be back at O’Reillys. We will make other arrangements no matter how difficult- no more O’Reillys.

This is a car parts store, if you do not know about car parts find a different job! If you hate your job and they don’t pay well enough find a different one! But talking to a woman with a child like that is absolutely ridiculous!!
