- RJRonald JonesApr 16, 20261.0Extremely poor Customer service, I bought brakes for my Nissan, they gave me the wrong ones, went back and the dude refunded my money, which was supposed to go back on my debit card but instead he put on a gift card and didn't say it was on a gift card nor did he give me the gift card. Talked with the regional manager and he literally told me, that's just how it goes sometimes. Refused to make it right. Bottom line is, beware of the workers in this store, they will steal your money without you realizing it. I'll definitely drive way out of my way before ever shopping at the Beattyville store.
