In less than five minutes, they had my car in the bay, the tire changed, and I was ready to go. Everyone was extremely polite, efficient, and kind. They had me back on the road all before 8 AM. Truly outstanding service. It isn’t just about the job but they went above and beyond — I’m very grateful for their help! Highly recommend this team.

We WERE NOT disappointed. Of course everything went right as rain ( pun intended since it was raining ) with the oil change with no issues. YET, the customer service from Dustin, Travis, Joshua and Hunter was OUTSTANDING! Dustin answered every question with ease and knowledge taking time to help reset the service message when he was not required to do so. Each one of them was personable, kind, greeting us with a smile and small talk throughout. You just cannot get that excellent customer service at many places these days. The moment we pulled out, we decided that ALL three of our vehicles will now ONLY receive oil changes at OUR Valvoline with an exceptional crew in those bays. Thank you so much!!
