  Tabbi is one of the most amazing AutoZone staffnember they have. I've always loved AutoZone and hated advanced. I was having 2 engine misfires I had spare ignition coils and I was allowed to use some sockets and ratchet to get my truck back to running. I did buy some boot grease since I didn't have any on hand and I was able to use the tools I gotta be a good customer and at least buy something. Plus she helped me locsting a part they didn't even have or carry and I am not going to a dealership for that part. As long as AutoZone and their employees continue to support their customers on more than just a I need a part here you go here's money then AutoZone will always be the place that I go to over advanced auto. I find AutoZone has more educated employees about actual vehicle components and what may even be wrong or at least a better idea then I don't know. Then advance Auto every time that I go in there I just get more and more disappointed their employees with their lack of knowledge and even on a corporate level don't care about their customers. So far the opposite can be said about AutoZone and their employees I've seen more employees from AutoZone actually give a damn and have the knowledge and willingness to help you get your vehicle back on the road then I ever have with advanced. I would recommend this store and that employee Tabbi to anybody needing expertise in the automotive industry In fact give her a raise in a sandwich and a lemonade. Infact if you bought your employees lunch everyday which I know is expensive you'd actually find you'd have happier employees. Not to say Tabbi wasn't happy she said she in fact loved her job, but everyone deserves a good meal while working.

  I have been having issues with a sensor on my Dodge Caravan and received initially a replacement part with a lifetime warranty. After a month, the part failed and needed to be replaced again. The part that was given was replaced but was given the wrong part (looked the same but not for my vehicle) but wasn't aware of it at the time. Part was installed and caused more damage to my vehicle so upon going to another location, they informed us it was the wrong sensor and that now we are looking at more costly repairs and/or losing this vehicle to more costs. BUYER BEWARE of using this location if you need knowledgeable and accurate staff regarding parts or if you need parts you can trust. I will NOT be going back to AutoZone nor would I recommend them to ANYONE UPDATE: FYI to Autozone customers!! I have sent an email to the email address per response from the "owner" and STILL NO RESPONSE OR RESOLUTIONS. I wanted to wait until after the holidays and offices were back to normal operating hours just to give them the benefit of the doubt...smh...please see snapshot below.

  Every other time you call to check if they have a part they say have so many in stock! Drive all the way to the store for them to tell you we will have to order it they have nothing togather at this store

  Do not shop here if you own a tax exempt agricultural business. I was informed by the manager that if my company didn’t spend $1200 a week, tax exempt status is not usable. This is a direct violation of the Kentucky State laws. The manager was more interested in watching videos on the store computer then explaining why I couldn’t use my tax exempt status.
