  Had the pleasure of doing business with Tabby. She was impatient, rude, and a loud mouth who sold us the wrong fluid for my transfer case and talked over us when we questioned her on the amount and product. Got home and looked at the owners manual. She was gone by the time we got back, and the gentleman behind the counter helped us out tremendously. He was patient and polite and actually knowledgeable. With him I wish I could give 5 stars. Unfortunately, Tabby put a bad taste in our mouth with Autozone. And it's not the first time we've had a problem with her being like this, or with other customers. I hate to be a Karen. So I'm sorry for this negative review.

  Horrible customer service. The lady that works in there screams when shes talking to you. They are around car parts all day but when you purchase a wrong part by accident (because lets be honest, I know nothing about cars but thought I did right) they make you feel stupid and like you should have known that it was wrong! None of the employees at this specific location are friendly or personable at all. This wasnt a 1 time, maybe they were having a bad day, incident. I gave them the benefit of the doubt 2 times prior but after 3 times of being rude to customers, I will no longer do business with them.
