- BMBrieanna McCormackSep 25, 20251.0I recently had two gentlemen hit my car within the span of a month so of course I had to do two rentals with enterprise as recently as today September 25, 2025. The first rental I received smelt so bad that I honestly thought it might have been the driver that picked me up at my location, come to find out that it was not and the smell lasted in the car for days to a week after I received it. This first car on the other hand had at least been cleaned. I picked up my rental today for them to at first put me in a Nissan rogue which was filthy inside and out I was told the reason was they move cars around from locations. It had not been vacuumed and the seats had literal crumbs and debris in the cracks still as well as sticky pop running down the driver's side door panel, it was overall a complete mess. Then I accepted a different SUV too which upon entering is still filthy with sticky stuff on the knobs for the lights and it hasn't even been wiped or vacuumed at the least. I don't know what is going on with enterprise or maybe just this location but there is no excuse to not clean the vehicles when they return! I was warned from a friend that she recently had to return one and get another for the reason of it smelling so bad, totally disgusting!!!
