  Writing this on behalf of my sister. They purchased a 2018 Jeep a few months ago, and have had to pay out of pocket for tie rods. The oil was never changed, and now the service four wheel drive light is on. The negative review stems from the tie rod issue. The dealer did not want to know about helping and told her she’d have to pay two thousand to fix it. As it turns out, the vehicle was never inspected. This was acknowledged yet nothing done. She has since paid another mechanic for tie rods at a substantial lesser cost. If you pride yourself on great service, then you should read this and immediately want to make things right. To add based on the response below: Thank you for your reply. I mentioned in the beginning of the review that it was not me who purchased it. I appreciate the feedback, however, Meeting halfway for something that should have been caught, while telling her there’s no report available should now be something the dealer should reach out to her to make it right, and not vice versa. This is an easy fix to make a great example of customer care. I’m happy to provide her contact information.

  If you are shopping for a new car lease or purchase and are interested in a Chevy or Hyundai you definitely need to include Kerry in the conversation. Bill, the sales manager, works hard to earn your business. Special shout out to Andrew as well. While it may be a bit of a drive for those north of the Ohio River it may be a good investment of your time, and as the saying goes, time is money!

  Made an appt for my car on a Saturday, got there and they said they could not even look at the issue that day even though I had an appt. Rescheduled the appt for Tuesday, they kept my car until Friday and still had not even looked at it.

  We stopped in last week to look at a Chevy Trailblazer but changed our minds with a Hyundai Tucson. It was nice that Jonathon Meyer was able to sell either brand. We ended up going with the Tucson and it was such a pleasant experience. No strong arm tactics like we’ve seen with some other dealers. Jonathan called a couple days later to see if we had any questions. If you’re in the market for a new car, ask for Jonathan. He’s such a pleasant young man to work with.
