  Was told by the main office that they had a car, and could deliver it. This office said they would not deliver but I could pick the car up at 4:30. Had to get an Uber there and at 3:50 I was told that they did not have a car, and by that time it was too late to cancel the uber. Luckily I was able to go to Newport to get a car and that office was extremely nice. Will never use Alexandria Enterprise ever again!!

  Not always readily available on the same day but they do their best and I've had a lot of success getting cars right away. Of course they're always clean if there's a problem they get you another one. local locations are always a little understaffed so be prepared for that and plan for extra time and possible vehicle pick up location changeouts. But otherwise the Alexandria Kentucky and Newport Kentucky locations serve their purpose well. I use them to fill the gaps when we have fleet vehicles that are down or when a technician needs a vehicle right away.
