  Got an oil change. Crazy sound underneath right afterwards. I returned to the Valvoline location. “Sounds like the skip plate didn’t get attached correctly.” A total of 30 minutes to “fix” it. For my trouble and time they gave me a $15 coupon. Wait, what? The discount I used coming in originally was for $25! A free oil change is in order. Needless to say, we will NOT BE BACK.

  Drove right in and had options explained. There was no up sell to a more more expensive option. They identified a small oil leak that I have had for some time but does not leak enough to warrant a over $1000 repair. Used the online coupon reducing cost to competitive if not best value price. Everyone was courteous and didn't mind explaining options.

  Max had great service. I came in with a problem from my most recent time. (He wasn’t the one that helped that time.) this time he fix the issue kindly and fast. 100/100 recommend if he is there.

  Every time I come through to get my oil changed or anything done to my vehicle, the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Not only do they help me in the moment, but they help me plan out the maintenance for my vehicle to make sure that it's aligning with my budget as well as my timeline. But most importantly they are transparent and they talk to me and answer questions that I have to make me feel comfortable when discussing something about my vehicle. Highly recommend.
