  I've been coming to this QuikTrip for many years, since I was a child. Needless to say, I know how QuikTrips are and how they should be maintained, and I've never had an experience like I did this evening. I'm writing this in the hope that corporate receives it and someone actually takes care of this store. There are several major issues that need to be addressed: 1. Automatic Floor Cleaner The automatic floor cleaner obviously needs to be cleaned by a human. While I understand it's a convenient way to clean the floors, I don't know how the staff can't smell it. I was literally holding my breath, repulsed by the odor coming out of that machine. There is likely moldy, stale, stagnant water in there that has never been changed. The protocol on that equipment really needs to be checked. 2. Sweetener and Beverage Maintenance (a) I informed the employee that the sweetener bib in the back needed to be replaced because the brand-new batch of sweet tea was very bitter. Having worked in convenience stores myself, I know the bib needs to be changed when that happens. (b) When I kindly let the employee know, he simply emptied the container and remade a new batch without checking the back. He told me the machine would have alerted him if it was out. After it brewed, I tried it again and it still tasted terrible, indicating the sweetener is indeed out. (c) The pineapple tea machine likely needs maintenance if it isn't signaling when the sweetener is empty. 3. Sanitation and Training While looking at the beverage area, I noticed mold growing on the spouts where the sweetener comes out on several different teas. The staff working there needs to be trained better to meet your standards. I would really appreciate it if QuikTrip which is usually one of the most uniform and legitimate gas station chains around didn't look like a low-end station. By that, I mean it shouldn't have mold everywhere and be so far below the standards of other locations. This is just not okay, but it is something that can be easily fixed. Thank you.

  Twice now at this location I KNOW I pressed the button for 87 octane, but after starting pumping, the light for 91 was lit and I'm being charged for (and likely being dispensed) 91 octane (which my vehicle does NOT need). This last time was on Pump 2. The time before it was at the opposite end (so likely Pump 9?). I've not had similar issues at other QTs. Too bad though because this is the most convenient location for me and I like how there's only one pump per lane (instead of two like many other QTs, which some drivers like to "cause issues" in)

  Coffee is terrible. Takes too long to get simple cup. Latte addition choices flow sooooo slooow. I dont know why i go to any qt for coffee. You dont stand up to your nake when it comes to coffee. :(

  Stalky buzzed hair guy working this morning, 9/25/25 is the rudest qt employee i have ever encountered. Every time he is working the counter he barely acknowledges you, acts as if you are beneath him and does not make eye contact. If it wasn't indy daily path I would specifically avoid this location because of him.
