  ICT teams is great. Clean cars. Easy pickup, even from a desk location. Emerald Aisle is even easier.

  Terribles just awful.. let me tell you about my experience. I reserved my car 2 months before for spring break. I was there 7 am to pick up and everything seemed fine and to go through like normal until I paid.. as soon as they took my $1000 they informed me they needed a cc and not a dc, mind you my money is already gone out of my account, I have a instate license and they tell me I need a flight ticket to use a dc that they already took! They left me no options so they had to cancel and "refund" my money.. it is day 8 after that.. they still have my money. I went on spring break vacation missing $1000 because their worker lied about refunds being back on my card within a couole hours.. they lie and they dont follow their own policy, which is instate license can use a dc.. I went to enterprise and had no issues.. I will never use national and I will let everyone know how little they care for their customers. Edit.. thanks for your response, I have already contacted customer service multiple times and every time they said it should be released already.

  The experience was wonderful! My autistic son was with me and I was expecting the norm which is people rushing me when my autistic son needs my attention. The person that handed me the keys and got the car ready for me is superb and has the most outstanding customer service I've ever seen. Everytime my son started getting loud because he needed me to wipe his nose or adjust something on his tablet for him because he is non verbal. The rep stopped and waited patiently til I was ready and at no point rushed me. It was a very pleasant experience and he wasn't bothered at any given point. I just want to say thank you because I don't take him out much due to people looking at us crazy or weird when this tends to happen. At no point did he give me that type of vibe or energy and I appreciate it very much. Will be definitely coming back with him with me.
