  Tried to pull into a bay, one empty bay and one bay with a vehicle in it. An empty car behind the one bay that had a car in it. Three people inside and no one came to open the door or tell me which way to go to. Sat there for five minutes with no one acknowledging me. Pulled out and went someplace else!

  I have taken my mom's car to the maize location every time I come to town to visit for the last year or so. It has always been a great experience for me because I know they take care of my mom. Yesterday was a complete crap show. The manager of the greeted me was one I did not recognize. Abrasive from the start. I'm not big on their upsells unless it's something that she needs. The manager came in and told me the manufacturer suggested I get a transmission flush at 60,000 miles. I declined and he told me that if I didn't get it done soon that it would void my factory warranty. I called the dealer and they made me aware that this is not true it is just a scare tactic. The whole time while me and another gentleman were in the lobby the employees were just walking around vaping or smoking. Just a complete disregard for customers. I don't know why they cannot keep consistent help in a consistent manager in this location. Probably will try to find a different place for my mom to have her car serviced. Very disappointed in my experience yesterday.

  George last week was wonderful.... brought my jeep in during lunch had me in and out and back to work. Come back in a few days later with another car same thing... I called the one on central (couldn't remember which one I had went to before, and ask if I could ve out within a certain time frame) I was told first come first serve you snooze you loose then hung up on me.... called here on Maize and got right in... Will come back here from now on!!! George is a wonderful person to have working there.

  George and his team at the Maize Rd. Jiffy Lube did amazing! The last oil change I had was at Ridge and they suggested I get my tires rotated, among other little add ons. I was already hesitant since I thought my front tires were not as wide as my back. Staggered Set Up. I let them do it, but right after I started noticing a rubbing sound from my front fenders!😀 George helped correct this issue today with his outstanding customer service! They truly show care for their work and customers here at the Maize Jiffy Lube!

  George and Brian are the best. I needed a starter replaced and the online video made it look relatively easy. When I got started it was way more involved than I anticipated. I called George and they got me in within a 1/2 hour. I left my vehicle with them since the starter was near the hot exhaust. They did a great job getting it done and I would highly recommend using this location for any service required on your vehicle.
