  I brought my vehicle here for collision repairs. After pickup, my AC no longer worked and began blowing a fuse, despite having no prior issues before the accident, for the entirety of my ownership with the vehicle. The shop stated they could not identify a cause and suggested it may not be related, so I've had to involve my insurance for further review. I returned the vehicle within the month of pickup. Initially, I was told the issue may have been mechanical and outside the scope of their repair. However, after paying out of pocket for a diagnostic, I was informed the issue is electrical and located in the same area as the collision damage and repair work. When I brought this information back, the shop stated they could not find anything wrong and again suggested it was unrelated. I am now paying for an additional diagnostic through them to continue the process. Additionally, I was disappointed with the communication. David frequently directed questions and explanations to my husband rather than speaking to me directly, even when I was present and actively involved in the conversation and often was not truthful about communication timelines, aggressive, has no customer empathy, and will keep telling insurance one thing, and the customer something different. I would encourage others to thoroughly check all vehicle functions before and after repairs, and to advocate for clear and direct communication throughout the process. Reviewing the company reviews NOW, this is something he does often and makes it impossible to get a vehicle back in working order like it was PRIOR to the collision, what they're paid for. Corporate on both ends of the shop and my insurance has been notified and continued discussions within the community about this shop and lack of respect or customer relations also have increased as people have come forward to also share their issues as well. Gave a two star because at least they fixed my bumper and this company does well as long as you don't hold them accountable.

  Lack of knowledge on the tear down on vehicle cost me and extra $500, damaged parts that could have easily been avoided if they understood the build of a car.

  A place I could trust to have my Jeep fixed from hail damage. Personnel have worked there a long time and know what they're doing.
