- LBLarkita BrownApr 21, 20261.0My experience with Gerber was horrible. First they had my car for a month with little to no contact about how the repairs were going. I had to keep reaching out to them. Very poor communication skills. When I picked up my car I noticed my door was messed up. I said something to Todd( the adjuster) I told him it wasn't like that when it came in. He said we would have to get in touch with the insurance company. Fast forward. I left on the way home my car runs hot . No antifreeze in it. I called them. I had to take it back up there. Todd said sometimes that happens. I also noticed my horn wasn't working so I told him that also when I went back. He said that everything under the hood had been replaced and the horn switch was sensitive. Maybe it didnt get hooked back up or something. Anyway a month later I keep calling about these two things that Todd keeps telling me he has to talk to the insurance company about. Saying they are having I T issues etc. Keep in mind I'm calling like every other day. I finally call the insurance company last week and they said that Todd just sent the photos over last week and that someone would call me back on 24hrs. Well I called today and the insurance company said that Todd said my car came like that so they won't fix it. Dont take your car to Gerber. They Lie!!!!!!!!!!

Great people that work with you and they truly understand what you are going through during this troubling time. Give them a a call and a visit, they are up on 32nd Street West of Webb and East of Rock Road.
